“Subscriber” refers to verified purchasers of season tickets for The Oakville Drama Series.  The Oakville Drama Series ("TODS") represents The Oakville Players and West End Studio Theatre as it relates to the production of plays presented at The Oakville Centre For The Performing Arts ("The Oakville Centre").

The Oakville Centre will process either option noted below as early as possible when their offices are anticipated to reopen.    Any questions related to the processing should be directed to: 

DONATION OPTION (If the Subscriber has chosen the Donation Option):

Subscriber has agreed to surrender the value of subscription and deem it a tax-deductable donation to TODS (The Oakville Players and West End Studio Theatre). This option means your purchase will not be refunded. When season tickets for the Oakville Drama Series become available again and for a limited time, the Subscriber who made this donation will be offered the opportunity to purchase season tickets at the same price as the cancelled 2020-2021 Season ($114.95).  In addition, for a limited time, the Subscriber will have the first opportunity to re-purchase the same seat selection as the cancelled season.

REFUND OPTION (If the Subscriber has chosen the Refund Option):

Subscriber has requested a refund of the season tickets purchased for the cancelled 2020-2021 Season.    When season tickets for the Oakville Drama Series become available again and for a limited time, the Subscriber will have the first opportunity to re-purchase the same seat selection as the cancelled season.   Subscriber acknowledges that current season ticket prices are not guaranteed.
